Brand New Features for Mitsubishi F700-NA VFD Inverters!
Mitsubishi Electric Automation, Inc. is pleased to announce the release of a version upgrade for the F700 VFD Series. This new version incorporates many new features and functions tailored to meet the requirements of the Water Handling Industry and a new level of flexibility for application specific requirements. These improvements include, Built-in PLC function, 2nd option port, Pre-charge function, 2nd PID function and inverter operation at transducer loss. When the optional FR-PU07-01 operator panel is used, additional functions are also enabled. Select your Mitsubishi VFD at MROstop.com today!
NEW FEATURES
1. Pre-charge function
Possible to eliminate water hammer and extend system life by gradually filling pipeline.
The end of pre-charge function can be selected at the feedback level or the terminal input or time over.
Operation can be selected by detecting the disconnection of 4mA input.
2. Detection for current input
No detection
Detect the loss of 4mA input, output LF signal, inverter continues operation at present frequency.
Detect the loss of 4mA input, the inverter trips.
Detect the loss of 4mA input, output LF signal, the inverter trips after the motor is decelerated to a stop.
Detect the loss of 4mA input, output LF signal, inverter continues operation at the setting frequency.
Possible to exchange the PID control loop by the RT terminal.3. Second PID function
Possible to exchange the PID control loop by the RT terminal.
4. Direct setting for PID set-point
Easy to change the PID set-point with the parameter unit (FR-PU07-01).
“Direct setting menu” is displayed by the one button (“FUNC” button).
5. Unit indicator for PID control
Possible to change the unit indicator for the PID monitors and PID parameters on the parameter unit (FR-PU07-01).
Ex.
PSI(Pound-force per Square Inch)
GPM(Gallon per Minute)
CFM(Cubic Feet per Minute)6. Three line selectable monitor
Possible to display the value of the selected monitor at the three line monitors.
The parameter unit (FR-PU07-01) is required.
7. Operation key and operation mode indication
The operation key and the operation mode indication of the parameter unit (FR-PU07-01) are “HAND” and “AUTO”.8. Built-in PLC
Ability to create custom control programs
4K steps of memory
Download pre-configured pump functions
